Backorders

At CJSardi.com, we strive to send out orders 100% complete in a timely fashion; however, in the event of a backorder:

If your order is partially shipped, we will let you know when the backordered item(s) will approximately become available. Your backordered item(s) will be automatically shipped, at no shipping charge to you, when it comes back in stock. You may cancel a backordered item at any time by calling us at 908-309-2526, or by using our Contact Us form. Please reference your web order # with your correspondence.

If you are pre-ordering an out-of-stock item, and your entire CJ Sardi jewelry purchase is comprised of pre-orders/backordered items, regular shipping charges will be applied. Your credit card will NOT be charged until the jewelry is back in stock and ready to ship. You may cancel a backordered item at any time by calling us at 908-309-2526, or by using our Contact Us form. Please reference your web order # with your correspondence.

Gift Wrapping
Leave the gift wrapping to us! Please add $5.00 per item; select the gift wrap option. Gift wrap includes two piece gift box, premium wrapping paper, wide organza ribbon and handwritten gift tag.

Shipping
Orders for in-stock items will typically be processed and shipped within 24-72 hours. We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground, but you may upgrade to UPS 2-day or UPS Overnight services for an additional cost.

Our cut-off time for same-day/two day shipping is 2:00 pm EST. Orders received after that time will be processed the following business day.

Please note that at this time we cannot ship orders to P.O. Boxes or APO/AP military addresses.

For UPS 2-Day, please add $15.00 to the ground rate
For UPS Overnight, please add $30.00 to the ground rate.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
You must select either the UPS 2-Day or UPS Overnight option for goods shipped to addresses in these states.

Shipping to Canada
CJSardi.com can ship orders to Canada via UPS Standard method. During checkout, please select the 'Ground Shipping to Canada' option next to the "Ship Via" table to see the cost of shipping your order to Canada.

Shipping to Other International Addresses
If you are interested in having your order shipped to a country other than the USA, please use the Contact Us form to send us the list of items and your address, or call us at 908-309-2526. We will calculate the shipping weight and send you a quote for the shipping charge to your country. You are responsible for paying appropriate taxes/duties required by your country.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Sorry but we cannot to ship to multiple addresses on one transaction at this time.

Payment Methods
Credit Cards
CJSardi.com accepts valid Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards for payment.

Sales Tax
A sales tax of 7.00% is added to all orders shipped to New Jersey addresses.
A sales tax of 6.00% is added to all orders shipped to Florida addresses.

Billing Questions
For Credit Card Orders: Upon placing your order on CJSardi.com, we will authorize the amount of your purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping/handling fees to the credit card you provided during checkout. CJSardi.com will collect payment or charge your account only when the order is shipped from our warehouse.

The CJSardi.com charge will be listed on your credit card bill as: CJ Sardi, LLC.

Checking your Order Status
Once your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will typically be processed and shipped out to you within 24 to 72 hours. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you including your CJSardi.com order number and any other relevant information pertaining to your order. Should you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please use the link to our Order Status page. Please note that inconsistent credit card, billing and/or shipping information may delay your order.

Canceling & Modifying Your Order
Please use the Contact Us form concerning order cancellations and modifications. Please be advised that although we will do our best to make the appropriate changes, we cannot do anything to the existing transaction once the order has been shipped out from our warehouse.

Returns

To Return/Exchange a Gift Item
If you are unsatisfied with a product you recived as a gift from CJSardi.com, you may return the product to CJSardi.com for an exchange within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in "re-saleable condition".

1) You must contact our customer service via the Contact Us form to request a Return Authorization number and instructions for returning the product. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Items received without an Return Authorization will either be refused and returned to sender or will be subject to a 30% restocking fee (will be applied against your gift credit).

2) Repack the item securely in its original packaging along with a copy of the packing slip, and let us know what replacement merchandise you would like.

3) Make sure you include your RA number in the following address, and mail the item back to us:

We highly recommend that you return the item via an insured carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post), and that you insure the item for its full value. Make sure to retain all postal and insurance receipts -- this will protect you in case the item is damaged or lost in transit. All returns must be pre-paid; sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.

Other Returns and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with a product you purchased from CJSardi.com, you may return the product to CJSardi.com for a refund/exchange/e-store credit within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in "re-saleable condition".

We're sorry, but we cannot accept returns on clearance/sale, final sale, web special (excluding "Pick-of-the-Day" selection) or "as-is" items.

Damaged/Defective/Wrong Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please save the box and all of the packing material and contact us immediately. We'll tell you how to send it back to us at our cost, and we'll send you a replacement right away.
